A few nuggets about me, what I have been up to and how I got to where I am today.

Hi I am Sam, an entrepreneur from St Albans, UK. I love creating products and building brands. I have launched my own successful companies and helped others with theirs.

I like tasty food, live music and going traveling. At the moment I am attempting to learn to play the guitar, we will see how that goes.

I have dealt in limited and luxury goods since I was 15 and I recently got into trading in art which is a lot of fun although I have already run out of wall space. Recently I defeated cancer so I am ready to overcome whatever life has to throw at me.

How it started
- In 2015 I had to fundraise £3250 for a trip to Japan with the Scouts. I had to think of creative ways to make money from car washing to making wooden letter art I did it all. I feel this is when I first discovered my entrepreneurial flare.
- I had a paper round and started buying and selling limited edition Supreme clothing and limited edition sneakers with the money I earned. This was when I lean't about working smart not hard. I soon discovered I was making more money doing this than from the paper round. It spiralled from there, at the young age of 15 I was sending off palates of Supreme weekly to Asia and receiving payments in the thousands every week.
Running a company
- In 2016 I started my first brand "Lemons And Limes" a clothing line. By setting this up I learnt a whole range of skills from designing the clothing to shipping off the garments. I handled every part of the process.
- In 2019 I decided to venture into the software space. After buying and selling limited goods years I found that there was a demand for software (bots) to help with acquiring said goods. So I set out and hired my first developer (and my first employee). During this process I learnt new skills such as software architecture and how to manage people. I ended up selling over 5000 licences and subscriptions. I found it a lot of fun trying to hit new targets, it was more of a game than a money making exercise.
Fighting the odds
- In February 2021 I was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer) I had to endure a knee replacement and a year of intensive chemo and immunotherapy. During this time I was incapacitated to the extent I could't carry out menial tasks. This was gut wrenching as I had to step down from my software company as it was not feasible to keep it running.
- Despite the ups and downs I have now come out the other side better than ever and I am enjoying life and everything it has to offer, going traveling, having amazing experiences and making the most of the little things. I grasp every opportunity I am given.

What I am up to today
- Running my own companies I had to develop and teach myself skills such as marketing and website development. I discovered that I was great at this and was being approached to carry out work for other companies. So I decided to launch my own mini agency, to date I have helped around 20 different companies.
- I recently setup an Amazon FBA store with my brother, as an attempt to teach him entrepreneurial skills and work ethic. This is currently running and growing in success my bedroom is regularly filled to the brim with makeup, toasters and other random goods. Oh and lots of boxes which our cats love.
- This year when I was coming to the end of my cancer treatment, I was stuck in bed bored. I started trading stocks but soon discovered this was a volatile market so I decided to get into art dealing. Buying and selling Banksy, Damien Hirst and such. This new venture has been very successful to the extent I am working on a new project in the art space. Stay tuned for more details on this.
